Good afternoon, friends! My name is Vladimir. I would like to share my impressions of buying real estate in Bulgaria. I would also like to say a big thank you, express my deep gratitude to Mihail and Nadezhda, who accompanied us from the beginning to the end of this transaction.
The idea to buy an apartment came to us back in May of this year. We searched for a long time on different portals on the Internet, until we came across two interesting offers from the company "BG Adres". I wrote an email, and literally within half an hour I received a response from Mikhail. After that I called him, and we talked for half an hour about various topics related to real estate and pricing, what concerns utility costs, and so on. Then we agreed to meet in Bulgaria for viewings.
Two weeks later, we booked tickets to Bulgaria and my wife and I flew there. The next day I contacted Mihail, and he picked us up from the hotel. That day, it was Sunday, we looked at 9 properties, one of which we really liked. The next day we looked at 3-4 more properties, and still returned to the property we looked at on Sunday. Then we left a deposit and again ordered tickets for the deal, so that we could fly back to Bulgaria for the deal. In total, this deal took us about a week all together: from viewing to receiving the keys.
I want to say at this point that Mihail and Nadezhda are very competent specialists in their field. You could say that they stand behind their clients. And I can only recommend them further.
