4. In the case of a purchase through our company, You will receive a refund for the travel expenses. The amount of the compensation depends entirely on the value of the purchased real estate. The amount of compensation cannot exceed 200 € (if the property was purchased without any discount and the inspections are made exclusively and only with our employee).
