It is expected that property prices in Bulgaria in 2019 will continue to be affordable for most foreign buyers.

According to experts, the trends of the real estate market in 2018 will continue in 2019:

    Again there will be a high demand for 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in the cities of Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and Burgas;
    There will be more offers for 2 and 3-bedroom apartments due to the intensive construction of new housing;
    A slight decline in real estate prices in big cities is possible for a number of reasons: first, there will be more offers for ready-made apartments, and second, mortgage rates will increase slightly.
    It is expected that buyers will increase their interest in real estate in gated complexes with security and swimming pools.

Rising prices for apartments in large cities will slow down, and for resort real estate in such famous places as Sunny Beach, Sveti Vlas, Pomorie, Ravda, Nessebar, will remain at the same level.

According to most analysts, buying property in Bulgaria will remain a profitable investment for both Bulgarian and foreign buyers.
