As before, a large proportion of buyers are not only foreign citizens, but also Bulgarians themselves. These are mainly residents of the inner part of the country: Sofia, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora.
In addition to the city of Burgas, there is a growing interest in resort real estate for recreation and rental. Sunny Beach is one of the most popular places. Here and the prices of apartments are the most attractive.

The price for one-bedroom apartments - from 16 000 Euro;
The price of a two-bedroom apartment - from 25 000 Euro.
The cost in such resorts as Sveti Vlas, Elenite, Ravda is about 10-30% higher.
As for the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia, there is the highest price growth rate. Experts found that in 2018, housing prices in Sofia grew by an average of 6%. At the same time, the demand for the purchase of apartments remains at a fairly high level. The number of transactions compared with the previous year increased by 2000.
At the moment, Sofia is the city where the most expensive property in Bulgaria is for sale. It is followed by the cities of Plovdiv, Varna and Burgas.
